A great personal experience with Darcy who video called me and showed me the car in excellent detail and answered all my questions. My only feedback is that I have had to ask for follow up with email, requesting costs in writing, a copy of the insurance policy to decide if it suited my needs. I still don’t know which freight company has picked up my car or how to contact them.
